Veronica Tries is operated by PSS Creative Media LLC. When you send a partnership enquiry, we use the details you provide to consider your idea and respond.
What we keep
We store your name, email address, brand or agency, message, and any timing or budget you choose to share, along with the submission date and notification status. Please include only information needed to discuss your idea.
Where it goes
Vercel hosts the form, Supabase stores the enquiry privately, and Resend sends a notification containing your enquiry to our team at veronica@pss.media. Replies may be handled through our business email provider. These providers process information to operate their services, potentially in countries other than your own.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not publish your enquiry on the website.
Keeping the form useful
To limit spam, we use temporary request counters and keyed hashes of your email and network address. The enquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational and security logs.
Your choices
We keep enquiries while needed to discuss and manage potential partnerships. To request a copy, correction, or deletion, email veronica@pss.media. We may ask you to verify your identity. Service backups and email copies follow their own retention settings.
Team preview enquiries are stored separately, do not send notifications, and are removed after 30 days. Temporary request counters are removed after two days.
